Pies, Popcorn & Popsicles
Saturday, June 9, from 4 to 6 p.m.

While learning how to make a sweet and seasonal pie from Pastry Chef Cheryl Strasser, guests will also get the inside scoop on fun and festive summer treats that are perfect for any occasion.

This fun pie baking class will begin with a 'meet and greet' during which guests will enjoy delicious, gourmet Salt and Vinegar popcorn. Chef Cheryl will then lead the class to 'mix, chat and roll' with a demonstration on how to make and roll out some pie dough. In an effort to 'give some local love,' Chef Cheryl will demonstrate how to make seasonal fruit pie fillings utilizing fresh ingredients. Finally, guests will 'chill and fill' as they indulge in Frozen Watermelon Margarita Popsicles while filling their own to-die-for pie. Each guest will received cards to recreate the sweet treats at home all summer long.. Cost of the event is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
